During your Initial treatment, your massage practitioner will:
- Conduct an in-depth posture analysis
- Conduct movement / strength testing
- Education on what your body is presenting
- Develop an appropriate ongoing treatment plan
- Home exercise prescription
Treatments may include (but are not limited to):
- Soft tissue release
- Deep tissue massage
- Cupping (static, dynamic, functional)
- Dry Needling
- Joint mobilisations
- Stretching/muscle lengthening

skills to produce an exceptional massage treatment, gifting you freedom of
movement in every treatment to get you back to doing the things you love.
Our Remedial Massage Practitioners treat a wide variety of musculo-skeletal
injuries such as neck and back pain, headaches, sporting injuries and general
day to day pain.
We also treat holistically for stress related pain, pregnancy fatigue and
repetitive strain problematic areas.
